We offer price adjustments in the form of site credit on full-price products that have been reduced within 30 days of purchase; and sale items that have been reduced within 10 days of purchase. Final Sale items and styles purchased during flash sales and/or with promotional codes are excluded from price adjustments.
All J.LINDEBERG orders are subject to state sales tax where required by law, including items and/or shipping & delivery services. Please refer to your state's sales tax laws for more information.
All orders shipped internationally are subject to each country's VAT & Duties requirements. Options will be provided upon checkout.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is in process to ship. When you enter your credit card information in the payment section and place your order, you will receive an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. Your card will be charged once our warehouse receives your order and has created a label for shipment.
If for any reason you would like to edit or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
We always suggest our customers to place their JL orders directly from our online store or from reputable retailers.
If you're unsure of the authenticity of a JL product, please contact us and let us know the retailer from where you purchased and we can confirm its authenticity.
We're happy to help! Contact us with your fit preference, color preference, where/how you wish to be wearing your garment, any other criteria (water repellant, windproof, etc) and we'll try our best to help you find the perfect gear for wherever life brings you!
SHIPMENT/DELIVERY
If your order is placed and is received in our systems, Monday-Friday before 12 noon EST, it will ship within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed, pending availability, credit card authorization, and/or processing times.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped with a tracking number. *Please allow for additional processing times during Sale periods.
If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email within this timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will sort it out for you immediately.
It depends on where you are and the ship method you choose.
Orders processed within the continental U.S. using Standard Shipping will take 5-7 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
J.LINDEBERG offers free standard shipping on orders over $150 USD within the contiguous United States. For orders that do no meet the minimum purchase requirement, we offer standard shipping at a flat $10 fee. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories, we offer express shipping at a flat $15 fee.
We also offer Two-Day shipping for a flat $25 fee, as well as Next Day shipping for a flat $40 fee within the contiguous U.S.
Please note that we cannot make deliveries to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders that come through with these delivery locations may be cancelled and refunded.
Yes we do! Proceed to shop within the United States and fill in your address. Orders shipping to the U.S. Territories will ship express for a flat $15 USD fee.
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide! The site can geolocate you upon entry into the store. If you have a location blocker, please navigate to the top menu to choose your shipping country to shop in your local currency.
We offer express shipping to all countries outside of the United States for a flat $15 USD fee.
Please allow up to 16 business days for international delivery. For faster delivery service within Europe, please visit our parent site here.
For security reasons, we currently do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders with PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses may be cancelled and refunded automatically.
There are no shipments on the following US holidays:
New Year's Eve; New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day
RETURNS/REFUNDS
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, J.LINDEBERG gladly accepts returns of eligible** merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective with all original packaging and tags purchased online at jlindebergusa.com for full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless agreed upon to credit with a different payment type.
*Please note that any original shipping charges and shipping taxes are non-refundable.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your original order. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction.
For security purposes, we do not accept returns and perform refunds on products that were not purchased directly via our online shop. We suggest you reach out directly to the third party retailer from where you purchased the item(s).
At the moment, we are not offering exchanges, but hope to implement this as soon as possible to give you the best shopping experience.
In the meantime, should a style not fit the way you prefer, please place a new order with the correct size.
We're so sorry to hear an item got damaged upon delivery! J.LINDEBERG has a 60 to 90 days product guarantee warranty. We guarantee products to be free of manufacturing defects including loose trims, color stains, rips, etc.
If you receive an item with any defects, please email us at customercareusa@jlindeberg.com immediately within 10 days of receiving your order with your order number (ie. WEB123456), the email address used to place your order and images of the product with the defect.
Note that assistance on damaged items is applicable only to purchases made directly on jlindebergusa.com.
For assistance on purchases from third party retailers, please directly contact the retailer from where you made the purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
To ship items internationally, simply look for the flag at the top right corner of the site or in the menu slider if you're on your mobile, and click to switch countries.
All products will be displayed in your local currency and you will be charged in your local currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard for all international orders. We also accept American Express and Paypal for select countries. Any additional available options will be presented at checkout.
We offer express shipping on all international orders for a flat $15 USD fee. Please allow up to 20 days for delivery.

If for any reason, you aren't happy with your purchase, we accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of purchase for a refund in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction.

All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with tags attached. After 30 days, no refund will be issued.
We have a $20 USD return fee which will be deducted from your refund.
